Riley Defense RAK47 7.62x39mm 16.25" 10rd NY Compliant Rifle

The Riley Defense RAK47 NY Spur is the New York compliant version of the black polymer RAK47. It is chambered in 7.62x39mm with a 16.25" nitride barrel, and it feeds from 10rd magazines. To meet the state rules the barrel is not threaded, there is no muzzle brake or bayonet lug, and the rifle uses a spur style grip in place of a standard AK pistol grip. The buttstock and the upper and lower handguards are black polymer.

The rest of the rifle matches the RAK47 line. The receiver is stamped steel and fully heat treated, and the trunnion, bolt and carrier are forged. A bolt hold open safety lever and an extended magazine release are built in, and a machined side rail accepts a side mount optic. The front and rear sights are adjustable, the metal wears a black oxide finish and a cleaning rod is included. For New York shooters who want a stamped AK in 7.62x39mm in a configuration built around the state rules, this rifle keeps the familiar controls and reliability of the platform. Compliance rules change, so confirm your local laws before you buy.
