Century Arms VSKA 7.62x39mm 16.25" 30rd Magpul Zhukov Rifle

Same rifle underneath, different furniture. This VSKA wears Magpul's Zhukov stock and handguard in place of the MOE set, and the difference matters the moment the gun has to go into a shorter case or ride behind a seat. The Zhukov stock folds to the side and the rifle still fires folded, because an AK keeps its recoil spring in the receiver instead of a buffer tube behind the stock.

The Zhukov handguard is the other half of the change. It clamps down solidly, stays cooler than a wood set under a long string of fire, and carries M-LOK slots along both sides and the bottom for lights and sling hardware. Century builds the VSKA on their own machinery and it uses the long stroke piston system the pattern is known for. The barrel measures 16.25", the magazine holds 30rd, and 7.62x39mm feeds it. AK controls have not changed in seventy years, so anyone who has run one before already knows where everything on this rifle lives.
