This is the Zastava polymer AK magazine issued to Serbian military units. It holds 30 rounds of 7.62x39mm and fits any AK that takes standard 7.62x39 double stack magazines. The polymer body carries steel reinforced front and rear locking lugs, a steel floor plate and a steel follower that locks the bolt open after the last round.
Zastava tests these magazines for strength and resistance to shatter from -40 to 140 degrees F, and they have to pass a loaded drop test in a rifle from shoulder height onto concrete. A good match for a ZPAP M70 or any other AK in 7.62x39.
