Zastava Arms ZPAPM70 7.62x39mm 16.3" 30rd Dark Walnut Rifle

The Zastava Arms ZPAPM70 is a semi auto 7.62x39mm rifle built on the operating principle of the M70 automatic rifle, a design Zastava has produced by the millions for military service. This model wears a full dark walnut stock set, with a fixed stock, handguards and matching pistol grip. Under the wood is a 1.5mm stamped receiver with a bulged trunnion, which adds rigidity and long term durability.

The 16.3" barrel is cold hammer forged and chrome lined for accuracy and a long service life, and it wears an AK slant muzzle brake. Inside you get a double stack bolt, a gas operated action and a bolt hold open notch cut into the safety selector. Front and rear iron sights are adjustable. The rifle accepts most standard pattern AK-47 magazines, and one 30 round magazine is included. It weighs 7.9 lbs and measures 35" overall. If you want a traditional wood AK that is built heavier than most and ready to shoot out of the box, this is the ZPAPM70 to look at, whether it goes to the range, the truck or the safe.
