Taurus 856 Toro Riton .38 Special +P 3 inch 6 Rounds Matte Stainless

The Taurus 856 TORO Riton is a compact, all-steel 3-inch stainless revolver in the TORO series that brings optic-ready capability to a proven small-frame platform, and it ships with a Riton red dot mounted to the Holosun K footprint for fast target acquisition in self-defense, duty, or backup roles. With a six-shot stainless cylinder chambered for .38 Special +P and a DA/SA action with an exposed hammer, this model gives shooters the option of smooth double-action pulls or more precise single-action follow-ups while retaining rugged durability and manageable 23.5 oz weight for everyday carry. The matte stainless barrel and cylinder resist wear and the black rubber grips absorb recoil, making +P shooting more controllable; removable serrated blade front and fixed rear sights provide a usable iron?sight backup when the optic is mounted or removed. Optic-ready frame geometry and a shortened 7.50" overall length keep the revolver concealable without sacrificing sight radius or control, and as a regulated firearm an FFL transfer is required. If you want a compact defensive revolver that blends classic revolver reliability with modern red-dot capability, the Taurus 856 TORO Riton delivers carry-friendly ergonomics, six-round capacity, and solid construction for real-world defensive use.
