Taurus Model 327 Federal Mag 2" 6rd Revolver

The Taurus 327 is a small frame, six shot revolver chambered in 327 Federal Magnum, and it also fires 32 H&R Magnum and 32 S&W. That gives you one gun that runs full power magnum defense loads or milder practice ammo. This model has a 2" barrel and a matte black carbon steel barrel, cylinder and frame. At 22 oz unloaded and 6.55" long, it is sized for carry while still holding one more round than most snub nose revolvers.

The action is double action/single action with an exposed hammer and a transfer bar safety. Up front is a removable serrated ramp blade, paired with a fixed rear sight channel that will not snag on a cover garment. The finger groove rubber grip soaks up recoil and gives a solid hold in a compact package. The 327 Federal Magnum cartridge itself is the draw here: flatter shooting than a 38 Special with less muzzle blast than a 357 Magnum, and six of them in the cylinder. It works as a carry revolver, a nightstand gun, or a trail gun for small game and pests.
