Taurus 692 357 Mag/9mm 3" 7rd Stainless Revolver

The Taurus 692 is a multi caliber revolver: it comes with two cylinders, one for 357 Magnum and 38 Special +P and one for 9mm Luger, and swapping them takes moments. That gives you a seven shot magnum for defense and a cheap 9mm option for range days, all from one frame. Stellar clips are included for loading and extracting the rimless 9mm rounds. This version has a 3" ported barrel aimed at everyday carry.

The 692 is built on a medium frame in matte stainless steel, with an exposed spurred hammer and a double action/single action trigger. A transfer bar safety is standard. The front sight is fixed and the rear is adjustable, so you can zero each cylinder. The Taurus Ribber grip is a soft rubber design with ribs that cushion recoil and keep your grip in place. Porting helps settle the muzzle for faster follow up shots. At 35 oz unloaded and 8.14" long, it carries well on a belt and still has enough weight to shoot magnums comfortably at the range or keep in the house.
