Chiappa Firearms Rhino 60DS 357 Mag 6" 6rd Nickel Revolver

Chiappa built the Rhino around one idea: fire from the bottom of the cylinder. That drops the bore axis down near the shooter's palm, so 357 Magnum recoil pushes back into the arm rather than rolling the muzzle upward. The result is a 6" Magnum revolver that comes back on target quickly and feels softer than its numbers suggest. The 60DS handles double action and single action fire, the snag resistant hammer is a cocking lever for the internal mechanism, and a cocked indicator shows when it is ready. 38 Special ammunition also fits the six shot cylinder.

This model is nickel plated over an aluminum frame with steel barrel and cylinder, paired with walnut grips. The flat hexagonal cylinder keeps the profile slim. Sights are a red fiber optic front and an adjustable green fiber optic rear on a vent rib barrel. Three moon clips are included. At 32.9 oz it is light for a six inch 357, and it suits target work, handgun hunting or a range day with friends who have never fired a Rhino.
