The Sig Sauer Romeo5 Gen II is the refreshed version of Sig's best selling compact red dot, reworked for MSR rifles. It is a 1x20mm sight with a red dot, top mounted illumination controls and 12 brightness settings, 10 for daylight and 2 for night vision.
MOTAC motion activation wakes the dot when the gun moves and puts it to sleep when it sits, which stretches the CR2032 battery to a rated 40,000 hours. The sight rides on Sig's I-BEAM mount, a slim riser that opens up your view around the optic and allows a co-witness with AR height irons, and it attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail. The housing is aluminum, the optic is parallax free, and it carries an IPX7 waterproof and fog proof rating. Weight is 5.5 oz.
