Colt Python 357 Mag 5" 6rd Stainless Revolver

The 5" Python sits between the short carry barrels and the 6" target gun. It is the 2020 era Python in semi bright stainless steel, with a full lug vent rib barrel, a recessed target crown and a six shot cylinder in 357 Magnum that also accepts 38 Special. Walnut target grips with the Colt medallion finish it off.

Under the classic snake gun lines is a stronger revolver than the original. The rear sight sits on thirty percent more steel and adjusts for windage and elevation, while the front sight can be swapped by the owner. The trigger works double action and single action, with a transfer bar safety. The 5" length balances well in the hand, rides comfortably in a field holster for hunting trips and still gives a long sight radius for bullseye and plinking at the range. Stainless steel throughout means it shrugs off weather and holster wear that would mark a blued gun.
