Barrett M82A1 416 Barrett 29" 10rd Rifle

The Model 82A1 is where the Barrett story started, the first shoulder fired semi auto rifle in 50 BMG. This version is chambered in 416 Barrett and runs the same recoil operated action, with a 29" fluted barrel, a steel receiver and a chrome plated chamber. Dual barrel springs and a long mainspring soften the recoil impulse, and the muzzle brake does the rest, so the rifle is more comfortable to shoot than its size suggests.

Close tolerances on every part and an extractor and ejector proven in harsh conditions keep it running in any environment. The steel M1913 optics rail has 27 MOA of built in elevation for long range scopes, and a flip up rear sight is provided. The fixed stock has a Sorbothane recoil pad. Twist rate is 1:12", overall length is 57" and the rifle weighs 32.7 lbs, so it is meant to shoot from the ground or a bench. It comes with a 10 round magazine, a carry handle, a bipod, a monopod and a hard carrying case.
