Barrett MRAD ELR 416 Barrett 36" 5rd Tungsten Gray Rifle

The MRAD ELR is Barrett's extreme long range rifle, a military tested, off the shelf system that brings the bolt action, magazine fed MRAD family up to 416 Barrett. It keeps the MRAD user changeable barrel system, so the barrel and caliber can be swapped with a single tool, and the bolt head and firing pin change without tools. This model wears a Tungsten Gray Cerakote finish over a 36" heavy barrel. As a production rifle it took second place at the King of 2 Miles competition, shooting mostly against custom builds.

The upper receiver is M-LOK compatible and carries a continuous 24.6" top rail with 10 mil of built in elevation, which matters when you are dialing for targets well past a mile. The match grade, hand lapped stainless barrel wears a high efficiency three port muzzle brake, and it also accepts the Barrett QDL brake. A 60 degree bolt throw speeds up follow up shots and keeps the bolt handle clear of a large scope. The adjustable single stage trigger module comes out without tools, the bolt head is electroless nickel plated, and the stock adjusts for length of pull, recoil pad height and cheek height. The rifle feeds from 5 round single stack polymer magazines, two of which are included, measures 62" and weighs 23 lbs.
