Henry H1 Western Frontier 22 WMR 20" 13rd Rifle

Henry's H1 Western Frontier is a lever gun cut the old way. The barrel is octagon blued steel, 20" long, and it carries 13 rounds of 22 WMR in the tube underneath. American walnut wears a checkered pistol grip, and the aluminum receiver is finished black and grooved 3/8" on top for rimfire rings. Iron sights are a fully adjustable semi buckhorn with a diamond insert at the rear and a brass bead up front, which is the sight picture generations of squirrel hunters learned on.

22 WMR is the reason to pick this over a 22 LR lever gun. It hits noticeably harder and reaches farther, which puts coyotes, groundhogs, and fox squirrels comfortably inside its range without the noise or the recoil of a centerfire.
