Henry H1 Tracker 22 WMR 20" 13rd Rifle

The difference between the H1 Tracker and the rest of Henry's H1 rimfire lever guns sits on the back of the barrel. A Skinner peep replaces the semi buckhorn, and for small game work that one swap is worth more than most upgrades money can buy. The eye centers a peep on its own, so the shooter only has to put the brass bead where the shot should go. Everything else is standard H1: a 20" octagon blued barrel, 13 rounds of 22 WMR in the tube, American walnut with a checkered pistol grip, and a black aluminum receiver grooved 3/8" for rimfire rings.

Henry built this one around squirrel woods and fence line rabbits. It weighs 6.5 pounds, runs 38" overall, and has a 14" length of pull, so it carries all day and still fits a grown shooter. 22 WMR gives it more reach than a 22 LR without turning it into a centerfire, and a tube that holds 13 means reloading rarely interrupts a morning. The safety is a quarter cock on the hammer, the same system Henry has used from the start.
