DPMS Panther Arms DP-15 Shortacle 300 BLK 10.5" 30rd Pistol

The DPMS DP-15 Shortacle is a 300 BLK pistol built around a 10.5 inch steel barrel with a nitride finish and a pistol length gas system. That is the combination 300 Blackout was created for: a short barrel that burns its powder charge inside the bore instead of dumping it out the muzzle as noise and flash. A DPMS lightweight M-LOK rail runs out to the low profile gas block, so lights, hand stops and sling mounts go where you want them rather than where a fixed rail allows.

The upper is forged aluminum machined to mil spec, with a Picatinny top rail for an optic. Inside is a full auto profile bolt carrier group with a shot peened bolt, a hardened gas key and staked screws, which is the build standard that keeps an AR running when it gets dirty and hot. The lower is forged aluminum and marked MULTI for caliber. The muzzle is threaded and wears an A2 flash hider. One 30 round magazine comes with it. Short 300 Blackout builds like this one give up very little from a 10.5 inch barrel, which is more than can be said for 5.56 at the same length.
