Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 380 ACP 2.75" 10/12rd Midnight Bronze Pistol

This Bodyguard 2.0 has a Midnight Bronze Cerakote polymer frame under a stainless steel slide with Armornite finish. It is chambered in 380 ACP with a 2.75" barrel and weighs 9.8 oz unloaded, so it vanishes in a pocket holster or a small IWB rig. Overall length is 5.5", width is 7/8" and height is 4".

The second generation Bodyguard uses a striker fired flat face trigger that has a clean take up, crisp break and short reset. The grip profile is more ergonomic, the slide has more serration coverage so it is easy to rack, and the magazine release is reversible. Two magazines come with it, one 10 round and one 12 round, so you can choose between the shortest grip and the most capacity. The front sight is a bright dot with a tritium insert over a black U notch rear. This is the thumb safety model, for people who want a manual safety on a pocket gun. 380 ACP keeps recoil soft in a gun this light, which is why so many first time carriers end up with a Bodyguard.
