Ruger 57 5.7x28mm 4.94" 20rd Davidsons Dark Earth Pistol

The Ruger-57 in 5.7x28mm is a full size pistol built around a fast, flat shooting cartridge with very little recoil. This Davidsons exclusive is finished in Davidsons Dark Earth on both the billet steel slide and the glass filled nylon grip frame, with a 4.94 inch barrel and 20 round capacity. The sights are a fiber optic front and a windage and elevation adjustable, serrated rear. A 1913 Picatinny accessory rail under the dust cover takes a light or laser.

Ruger's Secure Action fire control combines a protected internal hammer with a bladed safety trigger for a short, smooth pull and a positive reset. Controls include a 1911 style ambidextrous manual safety, a robust slide release and a reversible magazine release. The through hardened billet steel slide has lightening cuts and is drilled and tapped for an optic, using an adapter plate sold separately. The alloy steel barrel has a black nitride treatment, an inspection port shows whether a round is chambered, and takedown needs no tools or trigger pull. Two steel double stack magazines are included. Overall length is 8.65 inches and weight is 24.5 oz. A fun range gun and a capable home defense pistol.
