Ruger Super Gp100 5065 .357 Magnum and .38 Special 5.5 inch 8 round Matte PVD Hogue Hardwood Grip

The Ruger Super GP100 5065 is a rugged, competition-capable revolver that blends the proven Super Redhawk action with GP100 reliability, chambered for .357 Magnum with the ability to run .38 Special for lower-recoil practice and range sessions; its 8-round capacity and 5.50" half-lug ported barrel with a matte black PVD finish reduce glare while the cold hammer-forged barrel and 11 target crown deliver consistent accuracy and long service life. You'll notice the triple-locking cylinder and PVD-finished, extensively fluted stainless cylinder for positive alignment and lighter rotation, and the DAO two-spring lockworks derived from the Super Redhawk give a more even double-action cycle with improved ignition reliability. This model ships cut for and with moon clips to speed reloads under pressure, and the polished internals with centering boss and shims produce a smooth double-action pull and crisp let-off, while the transfer bar safety provides extra protection against accidental discharge. Ergonomically, the hand-finished Hogue hardwood grip and a frame that accepts custom scales make it comfortable for long strings of fire, aided by a replaceable fiber optic front and adjustable rear sight for fast target acquisition; at 47 oz and 11" overall, it's well-suited for competitive shooting, handgun hunting, and serious range work, and FFL transfer is required.
