About the Fusion Firearms XP Comp
The chrome XP Comp pairs Fusion Firearms' 1911 style double stack frame with a bright chrome finish and a black aluminum grip. It feeds from Glock 17 pattern magazines, so spare magazines are easy to find. The 4.6" Clark/Para style ramped bull barrel has an integrated compensator retained by Fusion's pin system, not threads, and a one piece full length guide rod sits underneath. The frame, slide and trigger are CNC machined from bar stock.
You get 1911 manners with modern capacity: ambidextrous thumb safety, grip safety, a milled one piece steel trigger and a wide paddle slide stop. Novak compatible sights are fitted front and rear, with the rear on a removable plate. Swap it for the included plate to mount an RMR or SRO footprint red dot. The frame has a Picatinny rail for a light, and the grip has an enhanced texture and a removable magwell. Two 17rd magazines and a hard case are included. A good pick for competition or for anyone who wants a comped 9mm that looks different from the usual black gun.
