The Raptor features the highly coveted 16" Faxon Gunner Series barrel. The rifle is chambered in 5.56 Nato and the barrel is constructed of 4150CMV steel with a 1 in 8 twist rate which is ideal for stabilization over a wide array of bullet weights. The Stealth Raptor also features Fostech's proprietary lightweight upper and lower Billet receivers, a Fostech black nitride bolt carrier group, and the highly desirable Mach-1 16" lightweight M Lok compatible rail. This rifle maintains an ultra-trim profile but has ultra-high quality features which provide amazing strength and stability making it a workhorse capable of long days on the range. About the Echo II Trigger - The Echo II Trigger allows the shooter to select from 3 different settings: Safe Mode: Firearm will not fire. Semi-Auto Mode: Firearm fires when the trigger is pulled. Echo Mode: Firearm fires when the trigger is pulled and also when the trigger is released. The Echo Trigger is designed with safety being the utmost priority. When the shooter is in the Echo Mode and depresses the trigger one round is fired- if the target moves, the shooter can move the selector to the safe position and a second-round will not fire upon release. The echo trigger has several distinct features: The trigger provides a light, clean, and crisp pull in Semi-Automatic Mode just like a conventional trigger as well as a normal re-set.
