About the FN 15 SPR 5.56
The FN 15 SPR is FN's rifle built the way most people end up building theirs anyway, except the parts are already on it. The trigger is a LaRue two stage, the charging handle is a Radian ambidextrous unit, the safety selector is an ambidextrous mil spec lever, and the muzzle wears a brake instead of a bare thread protector. The barrel is 16", the standard carbine length.
The Nightfighter handguard free floats the barrel and is laid out with intent: a 12 o'clock Picatinny rail for irons or a night vision device, M-LOK at 3, 6 and 9 o'clock for a light and a bipod, and two QD sling points so the sling mounts where the gun balances. B5 Systems supplies the Bravo adjustable stock and the P-22 grip, both of which are more comfortable than the mil spec parts they replace. The receiver is anodized black and one 30 round magazine comes with it. Rifle sized precision parts on a standard 16" carbine, with nothing left on the list to upgrade first.
