About the Magpul B.A.D. Lever AR-15
The Magpul B.A.D. Lever (Battery Assist Device) extends a paddle from the AR-15 bolt catch to the right side of the gun. Your trigger finger can lock the bolt back or drop it without leaving the firing grip, which speeds up reloads and malfunction clearing. The standard bolt catch still works the usual way.
It bolts to the existing catch with one Torx screw, no permanent modification, and the Torx wrench is included. It is aluminum and fits mil-spec forged AR-15/M16 receivers. It does not fit 7.62x51 (308) rifles or most billet and polymer lowers.
