Colt, 1911 Gold Cup Pistol, .45 ACP, 5 inch, 8+1 rounds, Stainless Steel, Blue Scalloped G Ten Grips

The Colt 1911 Gold Cup Pistol in .45 ACP from the Government Gold Cup Lite series delivers the competition-grade features shooters ask for, combining a 5" National Match stainless steel barrel and serrated stainless slide with Novak fiber optic front and adjustable rear sights for rapid sight acquisition and tight group placement during timed stages. With single-action operation, an 8+1 capacity and ambidextrous thumb and grip safeties, this Colt balances the crisp trigger control needed on the line with the manual controls expected in classic 1911 ergonomics; the blue scalloped G10 competition grips give positive purchase through recoil while keeping the weight at a manageable 38 oz for follow-up shots. The stainless frame and barrel resist the elements for use on outdoor ranges or long practice days, and the Gold Cup lineage means National Match geometry and factory-tuned fitment for shooters moving from club matches to higher-level competition. If you compete in IPSC, IDPA, or local bulls-eye matches or train for defensive proficiency, the Colt Gold Cup's blend of match barrel, contrast sights, competition G10 grips and single-action reliability make it a trusted choice, with FFL transfer required for purchase.
