Browning, X-Bolt 2 Medallion, .308 Winchester, 22 inch, 4+1, Walnut, Gloss Blued

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Medallion blends classic styling with modern performance, offering hunters and range shooters a bolt-action platform designed for reliable, repeatable accuracy; the Grade III walnut stock with rosewood caps and gloss finish gives the rifle a traditional look while the gloss-blued, scroll-engraved steel receiver and X-Lock scope mounting system – using four screws per base – deliver rock-solid optics alignment for sustained zero in the field. Chambered in .308 Winchester with a 22" sporter-weight, steel threaded barrel and radial muzzle brake, this short-action rifle balances weight (6.10 lbs) and controllable recoil for follow-up shots on deer or hogs and for extended prone or seated bench work at longer ranges. The adjustable deluxe trigger and 4+1 capacity behind a tang safety make it intuitive to shoot and safe to carry on the mountain or in thick cover, while the 1:10" twist rate stabilizes a wide selection of hunting and match-style bullets. As part of Browning's X-Bolt series, the XB2 Medallion is aimed at shooters who want heirloom-grade walnut aesthetics combined with modern bedding, a threaded muzzle for brake or suppressor options, and the durability expected for season-after-season use; FFL transfer is required.
