Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter Special LR SPR 308 Win 18" 4rd FDE Rifle

The X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter Special LR SPR is a short, suppressor ready hunting rifle with a Flat Dark Earth composite stock. Chambered in 308 Win, it uses an 18 inch heavy sporter contour barrel cut with 5/8-24 threads, so adding a suppressor keeps the overall length close to that of a standard rifle. A thread protector covers the threads when you are not running a can. The barrel wears a matte blued finish, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for the X-Lock scope mounting system, which uses four screws per base.

The stock has an adjustable comb system so you can bring your eye in line with the scope, a must on a rifle meant for longer shots. The adjustable DLX trigger comes set to hunting weights, and the ergonomic bolt knob is easy to find with gloves on. A detachable magazine holds 4 rounds, and the tang safety sits right under your thumb. The shorter barrel makes it handy in a tree stand or a truck cab. Pair it with a 30 caliber can for a quieter, softer shooting hunting setup.
