Bear Creek Arsenal BC-15 5.56 NATO 16" 30rd M-LOK Rifle

Bear Creek Arsenal builds the BC-15 as a straightforward AR-15 carbine with nothing exotic in the way. The 16" chrome moly barrel wears a parkerized finish and handles the heavier 62 and 77 grain bullets most 5.56 shooters end up using. A mid length gas system sits between carbine and rifle length, giving the bolt a bit more dwell time and putting a softer push into the shoulder than a carbine port would.

The anodized aluminum M-LOK handguard free floats the barrel, so a sling or bipod hung on the rail will not shift point of impact. Slots along the sides and bottom take lights and hand stops, and the top rail runs flush with the receiver for irons or a magnifier behind a red dot. Everything on the gun is standard AR-15 pattern, meaning any trigger, stock, grip, or charging handle out of the parts bin drops right in. One 30rd magazine comes in the box. As a first AR, a truck gun, or a base to build on later, the BC-15 handles the fundamentals without asking you to learn a proprietary system.
