About the APF Armory DMR 2.0
The APF Armory DMR 2.0 is an AR-10 designated marksman rifle chambered in 25 Creedmoor, built on an 18" stainless steel barrel. That barrel length is the middle ground for the pattern: enough to hold velocity at distance, short enough that the rifle still moves between positions without fighting you. A Butcher-16 muzzle brake keeps the rifle flat under recoil and cuts muzzle rise so you can watch your own impacts. The nickel boron bolt carrier group runs with less friction than a standard carrier and wipes clean with a rag.
The 15" M-LOK handguard covers nearly the full length of the barrel and puts attachment points exactly where your hand and your gear want them: bipod at the front, light at eleven o'clock, barricade stop wherever your positional work calls for it. A Magpul SL-S stock sits at the rear. This is a larger frame AR meant for deliberate shooting rather than close quarters work, and it comes assembled as a complete rifle, so the only decisions left are the optic and the mount.
