Winchester Model 70 Extreme Weather .308 Win 22 inch 5rd Stainless Steel Gray

The Winchester Model 70 Extreme Weather Rifle in .308 Win is built for frontline accuracy and reliable function when conditions turn tough, marrying the storied Model 70 series pre-'64 style controlled round feed and claw extractor with modern materials and practicality. With a 22" free-floating barrel finished in stainless steel and a 9/16x24 threaded muzzle for suppressors or muzzle devices, this bolt-action rifle yields consistent barrel harmonics and a recessed target crown for tight groups out to long-range hunting distances. The Bell & Carlson lay-up composite stock offers a textured charcoal gray matte surface and sculpted cheekpiece that promote solid cheek weld and repeatable eye-to-scope alignment from offhand, sitting or prone, while the thick Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad reduces felt recoil for faster follow-up shots when shooting high-performance loads. The Model 70 Extreme Weather also includes a three-position safety, M.O.A. trigger for crisp breaks, blade-type ejector and a five-round detachable box magazine, making it suitable for backcountry big-game hunting, precision range work and duty use where dependable feeding and extraction matter. An FFL transfer is required for purchase.
