Winchester Model 70 Extreme Sporter 300 Win Mag 26" 3rd Rifle

The Winchester Model 70 Extreme Sporter MB pairs a matte blued barreled action with a tan Bell and Carlson stock for a hunting rifle that takes rough use in stride. The stock is textured for grip in wet conditions, has a sculpted cheekpiece for eye alignment behind a scope, and uses an aluminum bedding block to lock the action in place.

This model is chambered in 300 Win Mag with a 26 inch free floating, fluted sporter barrel. A radial muzzle brake threads on at 9/16-24 to cut recoil, and a recessed target crown protects the rifling. Fluting keeps the barrel stiff and helps it shed heat without adding weight. The Model 70 action brings Pre-'64 style controlled round feed, the three position safety and the M.O.A. Trigger System.
