Chiappa Firearms 1873 SAA Buntline 22 LR/WMR 12" 6rd Revolver

The Buntline name has meant a long barreled single action since the Old West days, and Chiappa's 1873 SAA Buntline carries that look into rimfire. The 12" barrel gives a long sight radius and a striking profile, and the gun comes with two cylinders, one for 22 LR and one for 22 WMR, so one revolver covers Long Rifle plinking and harder hitting magnum loads.

It is a single action six shot revolver with a blued finish, black plastic grips, a fixed front sight and a rear sight adjustable for windage and elevation. The frame is alloy and the barrel is rifled steel. Rimfire recoil is mild in either chambering. Weight is about 45 oz. Cock the hammer for each shot and enjoy a slow, deliberate style of shooting that rewards good trigger control. It is a fun range piece, a conversation starter, and a good fit for cowboy action fans who want something different on the line.
