Springfield Armory 1911 Operator AOS 45 ACP 4.25" 8rd Viridian RFX11 Pistol

The 1911 Operator AOS takes Springfield Armory's commander length duty 1911 and adds the Agency Optic System, a plate system developed with Agency Arms that lets the slide accept optics on the RMR, Shield, DeltaPoint Pro and Docter footprints. Each AOS plate has a rear sight built in, so you keep a usable co-witness with most optics. This Gear Pac package comes with a Viridian RFX11 green dot already installed, four 8 round magazines and a nylon zippered pistol bag, so it is ready to shoot out of the box.

The 4.25" forged stainless steel match grade barrel has a fully supported ramp and GI style recoil system. The slide is forged carbon steel and the frame is forged aluminum alloy, both finished in black Cerakote, which keeps carry weight down compared to an all steel 1911. VZ G10 grips give a firm hold, forward cocking serrations help with press checks, and the integral accessory rail takes a weapon light. Single action trigger, 45 ACP, and a manual thumb safety round out a pistol that works for home defense, duty style carry or range work with a dot.
