Smith & Wesson M&p15-22 Sport 22 Long Rifle 16.5 inch 10+1 Matte Metal Car Stock

The Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 SPORT brings the M&P rifle series into the rimfire world with a semi-auto .22 LR that shoots like a scaled MSR while reducing range cost and recoil, making it ideal for marksmanship training, small game hunting, and high-volume range sessions; the 16.50" steel barrel with a 1:15" twist and matte black metal finish teams with a fixed CAR-style black synthetic stock and a 33.75" overall length to deliver familiar ergonomics for AR shooters transitioning to a .22 platform. The 10+1 capacity and 4.70 lb weight keep handling nimble, while the 10" M&P slim handguard with Magpul M-LOK allows mounting of lights, bipods or rail sections without removing the guard and includes a 2" M-LOK rail panel for immediate accessory use; removable Magpul MBUS front and rear folding sights provide a trusted sighting solution and the functioning charging handle, shell deflector, and two-position receiver-mounted safety mirror controls found on centerfire MSRs. As a CT, MA, MD, NJ compliant model, the M&P15-22 SPORT offers a realistic training tool and versatile rimfire rifle that requires FFL transfer.
