Sig Sauer P226 X-Five Classic 9mm 5" 20rd Stainless Pistol

The original P226 X-Five made its name on club match lines, and the Classic is Sig Custom Works putting that gun back into production. Frame and slide are stainless, the 5" bull barrel adds weight exactly where it does the most good, and the result is a 9mm that barely moves in recoil. That is the whole argument for a gun like this: the front sight stays in the notch through a string of fire instead of coming back down after it.

The controls suit shooters who like to tune a pistol. The AX3 trigger is fully adjustable and the shoe comes off for setting length of pull to your hand. A fiber optic front sight pairs with a removable adjustable target rear, and once that rear plate is off, the SIG-LOC footprint underneath takes a red dot without an adapter plate. Hogue Cocobolo panels and an alloy magwell finish the stainless frame, there is a 1913 rail under the dust cover, and the extended slide catch carries over from the rest of the X-Series line. The single action trigger sits behind a beavertail that lets you get high on the gun. Three 20rd steel magazines with alloy base pads are included.
