Sig Sauer M400 Forge 5.56 NATO 16" 30rd Moss Green Romeo-MSR Rifle

This is the M400 Forge in moss green, a muted olive that reads flatter in brush than black or tan. Underneath the color it is the same rifle: a 16 inch cold hammer forged barrel, a mid length gas system that softens the impulse, and a TriggerTech two stage flat blade duty trigger with a clean, predictable break. Sig includes a Romeo-MSR Gen II with a 2 MOA dot mounted on the receiver rail, which means the rifle is usable the day it comes out of the box instead of waiting on a separate optic order.

The aluminum receiver set and the 15 inch M-LOK handguard wear the same moss green. The handguard floats free of the barrel and runs a full length top rail, leaving room for irons, a magnifier, or a light out on the sides. Controls include an ambidextrous charging handle and a six position Magpul SL-K stock that adjusts for armor or shirtsleeves. It is chambered in 5.56 NATO, comes with one 30 round magazine, and takes standard AR-15 magazines. The muzzle carries an A2 flash hider on 1/2-28 threads for anyone planning to add a brake or run a can.
