Sig Sauer M400 Forge 5.56 NATO 16" 30rd Concrete Gray Romeo-MSR Rifle

The M400 Forge is Sig's take on the AR-15 with most of the parts people usually swap already installed. The trigger is a TriggerTech two stage flat blade duty unit that breaks at 3.5 pounds, and the 16" barrel is cold hammer forged running a mid length gas system, which spreads the pressure curve out and makes the rifle cycle softer than a carbine length gun. The finish is Concrete Gray, which separates it from the rack of black rifles sitting next to it.

A Romeo-MSR Gen II with a 2 MOA dot comes mounted, so the rifle is ready to shoot as it sits. The handguard is 15" of M-LOK with a full length Picatinny top rail, leaving plenty of room for a light, a sling mount and a hand stop while keeping the top continuous for backup irons or a magnifier behind the dot. The charging handle is ambidextrous, and the stock is a Magpul SL-K on a six position tube, which is light and stays out of the way when the rifle is slung. It feeds from a 30 round magazine and is chambered in 5.56 NATO, so ammunition and magazines are never a problem to find.
