Shark Coast Tactical Distressed 5.56 NATO 16" 30rd Green Rifle

Shark Coast Tactical's Distressed build is a 16" AR-15 in 5.56 NATO wearing green Cerakote applied in a worn, broken up pattern, so no two guns in a run look quite alike. It is not camo and it is not a flat solid color. The receiver set is aluminum with a flat top picatinny rail, and the handguard is M-LOK, which leaves the mounting decisions to you instead of dictating them with fixed rail sections.

The 16" barrel is treated with a melonite surface hardening process inside and out, the finish that has quietly replaced chrome lining on most quality barrels because it holds bore dimensions better and cleans up easier. An A2 flash hider is threaded on at the muzzle. Furniture is Magpul, with an MOE SL collapsible stock and an MOE grip, both proven and both cheap to swap if your preferences run different. A 16" 5.56 carbine remains the most broadly useful rifle configuration available in this country, and this build keeps every bit of that capability while looking like it has already been somewhere.
