Shark Coast Tactical Bazooka Joe 5.56 NATO 16" 30rd Rifle

Shark Coast Tactical builds the Bazooka Joe on a conventional AR-15 chassis and lets the parts list do the talking. The barrel is 16" with a black melonite treatment, the receiver is aluminum with a Picatinny rail across the top, and an M-LOK handguard covers the barrel with slot space for a light, a hand stop and a sling mount wherever you want them. The muzzle is threaded, so a brake or a can goes on without a gunsmith.

Magpul supplies the furniture. The MOE SL stock and MOE grip are the two parts most shooters end up buying anyway, so having them fitted from the start saves a step. The rail leaves the optic decision open for irons, a red dot or a low power scope, and the rifle feeds from standard AR-15 magazines, 30 rounds at a time. Nothing on it needs replacing before the first range trip, which is the difference between a carbine that gets shot and one that sits in the safe waiting on a parts order. Melonite on the bore is the treatment that matters most over a long life, because it is what keeps the rifling from washing out after the first few thousand rounds.
