Ruger American Compact 243 Winchester 18 inch 4+1 Matte Stock Right Hand

The Ruger 6908 American Compact 243 Win is a bolt-action rifle from Ruger's American Compact series that brings a short, handy platform for hunters and shooters who need a lighter, more maneuverable gun without sacrificing accuracy; chambered in 243 Winchester with an 18" cold hammer-forged alloy steel barrel and 1:9" twist, it delivers the tight rifling and longevity hunters expect for varmint work, deer out of brush, and mountain hunting where every inch and ounce counts. The matte black steel receiver sports an integral Picatinny rail for optics, and Ruger's patent-pending Power Bedding integral bedding block and full-diameter three-lug bolt with a 70 throw ensure consistent, MOA-class performance and smooth cycling from the shoulder. The ergonomic black fixed synthetic stock has a shorter 12.50" length of pull and a soft rubber buttpad for reduced recoil and better fit with heavy clothing, while the user-adjustable Ruger Marksman trigger (3—5 lb) and visible tang safety give solid control and confidence in the field. With a flush-fitting rotary magazine, 4+1 capacity, 6-groove barrel, 6 lb weight and 36.75" overall length, this right-hand rifle is a compact, accurate choice for serious hunters and range shooters.
