Rossi R92 44 Mag 16.5" 8rd FDE Rifle

The Rossi R92 is a carbine built on the classic 1892 lever action pattern, here chambered in 44 Magnum with a 16.5" threaded barrel. The tubular magazine holds 8 rounds, which is plenty of thump for deer, hogs and anything that wanders too close to the barn. The steel barrel and receiver wear a flat dark earth Cerakote finish, a tough coat for a gun that lives behind a truck seat or in a saddle scabbard.

Sighting options cover both camps. An adjustable rear peep sight is there for fast open sight shooting, and a Picatinny scope base lets you add a red dot or a low power scope without drilling anything. The big loop lever is sized for gloved hands. A threaded muzzle gives you room to add a muzzle device later. Short, handy and chambered for a cartridge that also runs in plenty of revolvers, this R92 makes a strong truck, ranch or saddle gun for anyone who wants one round for both a sidearm and a carbine.
