OA Defense 2311 Pro Elite Full Size 9mm 5" 17rd Ported Pistol

The 2311 Pro Elite is a full metal 9mm aimed at duty carry and high round count range days. The frame and grip are CNC machined aluminum with aggressive texturing and interchangeable thumb ledges, so the gun can be tuned to a hand rather than the other way around, and the controls run ambidextrous throughout. The frame carries a Picatinny rail for a light or laser. The slide is steel, serrated, and comes cut for an optic; mounting plates are included in the box.

Up front is a 5 inch ported barrel. Porting bleeds gas upward as the bullet leaves, which pushes the muzzle down against the rise it would otherwise take, and on a metal framed gun this heavy the combination keeps the sights close to where they started between shots. That is the whole point of a pistol like this: fast follow up shots and a consistent return to zero when the string gets long. It holds 17 rounds, and three magazines come with it. A pro tuned trigger and an extended magazine release paddle round out the package.
