OA Defense 2311 Pro Elite Compact 9mm 4.25" 21rd Pistol

OA Defense built the 2311 Compact Pro Elite as an all metal duty pistol, and the weight distribution is the first thing a shooter notices. The grip module is machined from aluminum rather than moulded from polymer, with heavy texturing and interchangeable thumb ledges so the grip can be fitted to the hand instead of the other way around. A picatinny rail runs under the dust cover for a light.

The slide is steel, finished in DLC, serrated and cut for a red dot, with the mounting plates included. Barrel length is 4.25 inches. The trigger is tuned at the factory for a short clean break, and the controls are ambidextrous with an extended magazine release paddle. Two Magpul AMAG magazines come in the box, a 17 round and a 21 round, plus a cable lock and the owner's manual. The slide is cut for an optic and the plates needed to mount one are in the box, so a red dot goes on without ordering parts, and the aluminum grip module is the piece that gives the pistol its balance in the hand.
