KelTec P50 Defender 5.7x28mm 9.6" 50rd Brace Pistol

The KelTec P50 Defender is the braced package of KelTec's 5.7x28mm P50 pistol. It runs FN P90 pattern magazines holding 50 rounds, which is the whole point of the platform: a compact gun with more rounds on board than most rifles. The 9.6 inch barrel is threaded 1/2-28 and wears a compensator, and the Defender package adds a Strike Industries pistol brace on a Rehv Arms Picatinny adapter at the rear of the receiver.

The polymer frame carries a Picatinny accessory rail for a light or optic, and there is a manual safety. Overall length is 15 inches and the pistol weighs about 3.2 pounds unloaded. The 5.7x28mm cartridge shoots flat with very little recoil, which makes long strings easy to control and keeps the muzzle on target for fast follow up shots. The metal finish is blued. Buyers who want a compact 5.7 that works as a trunk gun, a camp gun or a home defense option with real capacity will find the Defender ready to go without hunting down a brace and adapter separately.
