Henry H1 X Model 22 LR 16.5" 13rd Rifle

The X Model is Henry's blacked out, modernized lever gun, and this one brings that treatment to 22 rimfire. Black synthetic furniture replaces the walnut, the receiver wears an integrated Picatinny rail instead of scope grooves, and the 16.5" barrel comes threaded 1/2-28 for a suppressor or a muzzle device. A 22 LR lever action with a can hanging off the end is about as quiet as a firearm gets, and it is one of the more entertaining ways to spend an afternoon behind a rifle.

Capacity is 13rd of 22 LR through the tube, and the rifle also feeds 22 Long and 22 Short at 14rd and 18rd respectively if you want quieter loads without a suppressor. Sights are fiber optic front and rear with the rear fully adjustable, a real upgrade over the bead and notch that come on most rimfires. At 5 lbs this is Henry's lightest rimfire lever action, short enough to be handy in a truck or strapped to a pack. The stock uses a pistol grip profile rather than a straight wrist. For plinking, small game, or teaching someone how a lever gun works, a threaded 22 with a rail on top covers an enormous amount of ground.
