Franklin Armory F22 22 LR 16" 10rd Gray Binary Rifle

The F22 is Franklin Armory's rimfire binary rifle, built to run its Binary Firing System. Set to the binary position, it fires one round when you pull the trigger and another when you release it, and the release shot can be cancelled by moving the selector out of binary while still holding the trigger back. In 22 LR, that means almost no recoil and cheap ammo, which makes it an easy way to learn the binary system before moving up to a centerfire gun.

The 16" heavy fluted barrel is threaded 1/2-28 for a rimfire suppressor or muzzle device. A Picatinny rail is built into the receiver for mounting an optic, and the controls include an extended magazine release, knurled charging handle and auto bolt release. An enhanced firing pin gives more reliable primer strikes. The rifle sits in a gray Hogue OverMolded stock with a grippy rubber surface, and it works with many aftermarket Ruger 10/22 components if you want to customize it. Capacity is 10 rounds and weight is about 5.5 lbs.
