FN 509 Midsize Tactical 9mm 4.5" 15/24rd FDE 5 Magazine Pistol

This FN 509 Midsize Tactical package comes with five magazines: one 15 round and four 24 round. The pistol is a midsize 9mm with a 4.5" cold hammer forged stainless steel barrel, a recessed target crown and 1/2-28 threads under an O-ring retention thread cap, so a suppressor or compensator goes on without any gunsmithing. The flat dark earth slide wears a long wearing PVD finish.

FN's Low Profile Optics Mounting System lets most micro red dots mount in minutes, and the suppressor height 3 dot night sights co-witness through the dot or clear a can. The striker system runs a duty safe flat trigger. Controls are fully ambidextrous, the frame has interchangeable backstraps and a MIL-STD-1913 rail, and an external extractor doubles as a loaded chamber indicator. The midsize grip holds the flush 15 round magazine for carry, and the 24 round magazines turn it into a range and home defense gun with plenty on board. At 27.9 oz it is light enough for daily carry and steady enough for long training sessions.
