The Daniel Defense DDM4 Hunter 6.8 SPC 18in Kryptek Highlander Finish rifle is a pinnacle of precision and durability, designed specifically for the modern sportsman seeking a reliable and high-performing firearm. This semi-automatic AR15 style rifle is built around an 18-inch Cold Hammer Forged barrel, featuring modern SPEC II chamber dimensions that ensure safe operation with higher pressure loads. The Kryptek Highlander finish not only provides a striking appearance but also enhances camouflage capabilities in diverse environments. The rifle's mid-length gas system is shielded by the MFR 15.0 free-floating handguard, which offers a continuous Picatinny rail on top and M-LOK attachment points on the sides and bottom, providing ample space for any hunting accessories you may require. The barrel is threaded in 5/8x24 TPI and comes with a knurled thread protector, allowing for easy attachment of a suppressor or other muzzle devices. Constructed with a Mil-Spec lower receiver featuring an enhanced flared magazine well and a rear receiver QD swivel attachment point, this rifle is CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum for superior strength and durability. The upper receiver, also Mil-Spec with indexing marks and M4 feed ramps, complements the robust design. The barrel, made from Chrome Moly Vanadium Steel, is chrome-lined and Mil-Spec heavy phosphate coated, ensuring longevity and performance.
