About the Daniel Defense DDM4 MK18
The Daniel Defense MK18 pistol is modeled on the MK18 carbine that law enforcement and special operations units made famous. It uses the same 10.3 inch cold hammer forged, chrome lined barrel with a 1:7 twist, and the same RIS II Picatinny quad rail that Daniel Defense supplies to USSOCOM, here in flat dark earth over black receivers. The rail gives you full length Picatinny at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock for lights, lasers, grips and optics.
A direct impingement carbine length gas system with a low profile gas block keeps it running, and the 1/2-28 threaded muzzle takes the flash hider of your choice or a suppressor mount. The Daniel Defense pistol grip has an integral trigger guard and soft touch overmolding and a pistol stabilizing brace covers the back end. It comes with one 32 round Daniel Defense magazine. It is a compact setup for home defense or a truck gun, with the heritage of a gun that was built for real work.
