Dan Wesson Guardian 9mm 4.25" 9rd Pistol

The Guardian is the lightest 1911 in the Dan Wesson line, built by combining a Commander length slide with an anodized aluminum bobtail frame. It is chambered in 9mm with a 4.25 inch stainless barrel and a 9 round magazine. The bobbed mainspring housing, also aluminum, rounds off the rear of the grip so it prints less when you carry it concealed.

The stainless slide wears Dan Wesson's black Duty finish with serrations for a sure grip on the slide, and fixed tritium night sights front and rear give you a clear picture in the dark. Wood grip panels add a classic look to a modern carry gun. Controls are a manual thumb safety and a grip safety with a beavertail, on a single action trigger. The alloy frame keeps the weight low enough for all day carry, and the stainless slide gives it the balance of a full weight 1911.
