Dan Wesson DWX 9mm 4.95" 10rd Pistol

The DWX is what happens when CZ and Dan Wesson build one gun together: a 1911 single action trigger and fire control group in a CZ 75 profile frame that feeds from double stack magazines. This model is chambered in 9mm with a 4.95 inch match grade barrel and a 10 round magazine. The black DLC slide has front cocking serrations and is optics ready, with a fiber optic front sight and an adjustable rear.

The old 1911 barrel link is gone. A locked breech, bushingless barrel comes out through the slide stop the same way it does on a CZ, so cleaning takes minutes. Red textured aluminum grips, flat 25 LPI checkering on the mainspring housing and front strap, and a beveled magwell handle fast reloads, and standard CZ 75 grips and matching magwells fit the frame. There is a 1913 Picatinny rail for a light, a skeletonized hammer, an ambidextrous thumb safety and a swappable magazine release. It is built first for competition and weighs about 45 ounces, which keeps it flat and fast between shots.
