About this product

The Browning BRN 036078297 XB2 MT PRO TNG,SR MB,300 PRC is a premium lightweight bolt-action hunting rifle designed for the serious big game hunter. Showcased as a 2025 SHOT Show Special, this rifle features a cutting-edge carbon fiber stock with an adjustable comb, allowing for a customized fit that enhances comfort and accuracy in the field. The new Pro stainless steel receiver, paired with a spiral fluted bolt and aluminum bolt handle, significantly reduces the overall weight of the rifle, making it easier to carry during long hunts. The spiral fluted barrel is equipped with 5/8-24 muzzle threads and a Recoil Hawg muzzle brake, which effectively reduces felt recoil by up to 76%, ensuring a more manageable shooting experience. The durable Cerakote finish not only adds to the rifle's aesthetic appeal but also provides superior protection against the elements. The X-Bolt 2 Mountain Pro series includes features such as an integrated Picatinny rail for bipod attachment, a rotary magazine, and a patent-pending adjustable DLX Trigger set to hunting weights, all contributing to a seamless shooting experience. The action is meticulously bedded at the recoil lug and action screws for stability, while the easy-to-reach top-tang safety and bolt unlock button enhance safety during chamber checks. With its short 60-degree bolt lift for fast cycling and the X-Lock Scope Mounting System ensuring a rock-solid attachment, this rifle is engineered for precision and reliability, making it an ideal choice for hunters seeking performance and versatility in the field.
